In common, each DB file is allowed to access locally at the server via CPANEL management.
But in case you wish to manage DB from remotely, yo uneed to add the IP address of remote PC where you will access from:
- Make sure you know your own PC (Internet enabled one)
- Go to CPANEL look into section of MySQL DB
- Click on "Remote Access" and enter IP Address of your remote PC
- then you could start configure you remote DB management software to connect to our server, those software are available at our download section.
- Run those DB Management software
- Configure the connection into server host name or IP, normally just put your domain name there as DB Server Host
- User and password that you create at the MySQL within CPANEL
